Launch v0.1

This is the first release of NGHBRHD! I'll call it v0.1.

Originally, I had created this game using PHP and HTML forms. In order to make it feel more game-like, I've rewritten all the PHP logic in JavaScript which gets rid of the need for any page reloads.
